This will create a smooth, even surface. If the TPE sex doll coating extends beyond the intended area, you can wipe it off with a small piece of kitchen paper towel or microfiber cloth dampened with acetone (or, I prefer, 100% isopropyl alcohol). I'm going to say the same thing.
